Legal & research-use notice

A clear description of what ChawareEngine provides, what a computational dossier means, and the responsibilities of account holders and researchers.

Important: ChawareEngine results are pre-experimental screening estimates. They are not certified measurements, a safety approval, a validated manufacturing recipe, or a guarantee of material performance.

1. Platform terms

Use the service for lawful research and evaluation. Keep account credentials and access keys confidential; do not share them or use automated access outside the published tier limits. You remain responsible for checking inputs, interpreting outputs, and obtaining any approvals required for your work.

Token allocations, access tiers, and prices are described on the home page. Listed packs are references, not an automatic purchase or promise of availability; institutional eligibility and provisioning require confirmation.

2. Scientific limitations

Forward and inverse results use the platform's elemental-property matrix and analytical mixture, interface, and mechanical screening models. These are model predictions, not density-functional-theory calculations or laboratory observations. They may be inaccurate for particular phases, substrates, processing conditions, or edge cases.

Independently verify promising compositions with appropriate computation, characterization, and controlled experiments before relying on them for design, clinical, safety-critical, or production decisions.

3. Intellectual property & patent notice

ChawareEngine identifies Indian Patent Application No. 202621109021 in connection with its computational framework. An application number alone does not establish that a patent has been granted, that any particular claim is in force, or that protection exists in another jurisdiction.

The platform's code, branding, and documentation may be subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the service does not grant a license to copy or redistribute the underlying model or source code. User-supplied research data and conclusions remain distinguishable from platform-generated estimates.

4. Dossiers & authenticity

Reports may include an account owner, document ID, SHA-256 digest, and server HMAC. The digest identifies the data submitted for attestation, not the final PDF file; the HMAC is produced with a server-held secret. Neither is a personal handwritten signature, nor does it independently certify scientific accuracy.

Different users and new exports receive distinct document IDs. A public verification service is not currently provided, so the printed hexadecimal text alone should not be treated as third-party proof of authenticity.

5. Accounts & research data

Registration collects the account details needed for identity, access tier, organization attribution, and email verification. Screening inputs, generated results, and any research material you choose to submit may contain confidential information; submit only data you are authorized to use.

Do not put passwords or access keys in reports or public research submissions. Contact the platform operator before submitting confidential, third-party, or export-controlled materials. A separate, reviewed privacy policy should specify retention periods, hosting, deletion rights, and contact details before public launch.

6. Independent review

Generated process suggestions and verdict labels are computational guidance, not warranties. Report attribution shows who requested an export; it does not mean the named researcher or platform founder personally reviewed or signed each result.

This notice is a product draft for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before it is used as binding commercial terms.
